At KERN Industrie Automation, we attach great importance to quality. For this reason, we challenge and support our young trainees right from the start. In addition to in-company and vocational school training, support from our training officer is the third pillar of vocational training.
To ensure that our future specialists understand the interrelationships during an overall project, they accompany individual projects from hardware design and switch cabinet manufacturing through to erection and commissioning on site during their training.
This is also the case with this system for lime milk conditioning in a pickling line for steel strips. This successfully realised project gave the colleagues valuable insights into their future work.
