Training and continuing education are the foundations for successful work. For this reason, we place great importance on involving our trainees in real projects at an early stage. This allows them to become familiar with the entire project cycle at KERN Industrie Automation GmbH, from customer inquiries and technical hardware/software planning to control cabinet manufacturing.
The highlight of the trainees is the assembly and commissioning on site at the customer’s premises. Here they see how the product they helped to manufacture is used.
Last week, our prospective electronics technicians for industrial engineering were given the opportunity to install a switchgear system at a customer’s premises under the expert guidance of their trainer. The system, which they helped to build and test in-house, will be used to control a rewinder for strip steel.
